Keys are collected from reception. Please note, the security deposit is applied per apartment and is required to be paid on card.
Check-in is available from 3pm – 7pm and check-out is until 11 am. If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please speak to a member of the reception team who will endeavour to help.
Guests are required to show a photo identification upon check-in.
Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Upon arrival guest are given Daniel House wristbands which must be shown to our 24/7 concierge to gain re-entry into Daniel House.
You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A security deposit of £100 is required per apartment, paid on card only. This deposit is fully refundable (may take up to 10 working days on debit card and up to 30 days on credit cards) upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
All lost property will be kept for two weeks maximum, if it is not claimed within two weeks then we are not responsible for the lost items. If you are not able to come and pick up any lost property we are happy to post them to you, at standard tracked royal mail costs.
Daniel House does not accept any abuse towards staff and any guests found to be acting abusively towards a member of the team may be denied entry back into the hotel.
Daniel House does not allow pets.
