Winter is finally coming to an end and spring will soon be upon us. The days are longer, and the nights are lighter – sunnier days are coming.
From Wicked shows to turning the city green for St Paddy’s day this month is filled with fantastic things to do.

Liverpool’s St Patricks Day Festival
When – 15th – 18th March
Where – The Baltic Triangle
This event is sure to be filled with shamrocks, shenanigans and Guinness. From the 15th March The Baltic Market and Independent Liverpool will be brining a bit of Dublin to Liverpool.
Guinness is taking over the bar so there is sure to be enough for everyone. There will be live bands and old Irish classics to have a jig too so bring your dancing feet. As Independent Liverpool say they promote a balanced lifestyle “which means a Guinness in each hand”. To Make the event even better they will also be showing the RBS England vs Ireland 6 Nations game on the 17th March.
Wicked (UK Tour)
When – 7th – 31st March
Where – Liverpool Empire Theatre
This musical takes the audience back to the stunning world of Oz, acting as the Wizard of Oz Prequel and has won over 100 major international awards.
Wicked tells the tale of on an unlikely friendship between two witches who fulfil their destinies as Glinda The Good and the Wicked Witch of the West.
The show is now in its 12th year at London’s Apollo Victoria and tour of the UK. Wicked is a must see in our events this March.

Where – Croxteth Country Hall
If you are a Gin lover then you are going to love this event. Enjoy an evening tasting the finest Gin’s served with a variety of tonics and flavours. There will also be a host of live entertainment throughout the evening of fun.

Where – Exhibition Centre Liverpool
In True Chinese Year of the Dog style Liverpool is hosting a fun dog show for all the family hosted by Ferne Corrigan from TV’s My Pet & Me. Held over Easter Saturday and Sunday its fun for all the family watching loveable dogs performing acrobats and more.

Where – Camp and Furnace
Back for the fourth time this year to the Baltic Triangle. Liverpool Disco Festival has pre and post parties on the Friday and Sunday around Saturday the main event. Its three days dedicated to some of the best disco and soul music through various venues within the Baltic Triangle.
