ASBO Cinema Presents Grease.

To celebrate 40 years since Sandy and Danny’s iconic summer loving, Frenchie dying her hair baby pink and Rizzo getting a hickie from Kenickie, ASBO cinema is presenting an exclusive screening of Grease.
Expect massive singalongs, dance offs and themed cocktails. It’s a new twist on the conventional cinema. Don’t forget to dress up as there’s prizes for the best Grease inspired fancy dress.

Where: Baltic Triangle
Following the sell out of last year, The Baltic Weekender is back and bigger than before presented by 24 Kitchen Street and Abandoned Silence. Over the 1st, 2nd and 3rd of June the Baltic Weekender will take over the Baltic Triangle with a huge line up of house, techno, grime & bass.
If dance music is your thing then this is an event you will not want to miss!

Where: Liverpool Empire
Liverpool’s Empire Theatre will be hosting one of the most spectacular dance events this June. A host of original vocalists are set to join Maxi Jazz Faithless, alongside a 40-piece Gatecrasher Orchestra to bring you some of the biggest dance tracks as you have never heard them before.
Hosted by Judge Jules the event will include live performances by Jan Johnston and Merle Forbes and many more.
World Cup Screenings

Where: Garden of Eden, The Shankly Hotel
Starting on the 14th June the much-anticipated FIFA World Cup is here, after a long 4 years for Football fans, Football is coming home!
The Shankly Hotel in Liverpool will be screening all the best games in their rooftop venue, the Garden of Eden. There will be a host of drink deals, food offers and competitions. If you’re going to watch the match in Liverpool then you need to watch it at The Shankly.

The UK’s largest free celebration of African Music and culture is back in Liverpool for an amazing 26th year.
It started out as a few small gigs across the city and now African Oye is a fully fledge festival hosted in Sefton Park. The festival has hosted artists from across Africa to the Caribbean. Lets hope this year is bigger and better.
